Job summary

Responsibilities

• The Prep Cook prepares vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients according to the kitchen’s preparation procedures.
• The Prep Cook must ensure that all prepared ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
• During service, the Prep Cook supports kitchen stations by restocking items and assisting with food preparation as directed by management.
• Dishwashing and sanitation tasks to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Kitchen organization and cleaning to keep the work area orderly.
