• Ensure dishes meet quality, seasoning, and presentation standards before passing to the pass.
• Coordinate timing with the pizza station to ensure complete and simultaneous order delivery.
• Adjust workflow during service to support overall kitchen timing and service flow.
• Ensure stations are fully prepared and operational before service.
• Maintain mise en place and restock throughout service.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and readiness of stations at all times.
• Ensure proper portioning, handling, and storage of ingredients.
• Maintain proper use and care of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Report wastage or shortages to management and communicate via kitchen calls.
