Job summary

Caishen Skydeck Pickleball, a pilot Project of CVJR Builders, seeks an organized and tech-savvy Sports & Apps Admin to manage daily programming and digital infrastructure. You will oversee court scheduling, run clinics, and serve as the primary contact for players while handling reservation platforms and member accounts.

You will support on-site activities, ensure accurate real-time schedules, and troubleshoot app issues to enhance the member experience.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of pickleball rules and scoring.
Experience with mobile/web booking apps.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Workspace.
Experience in sports facility admin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pickleball operations, including court scheduling, drop-in sessions, and tournament logistics.
Provide on-site support to players, including explaining rules, managing court rotations, and maintaining a positive, inclusive community atmosphere.
Monitor court condition and equipment; coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
Assist in organizing clinics, leagues, and social events.
Administer and maintain our booking and league platforms; manage user accounts and conflicts.
Troubleshoot user issues with the app and provide customer support.
Analyze booking data to optimize court utilization and peak times.
Update digital schedules and event listings in real-time for members.
