You will manage bookings, events, and memberships, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service. Flexible hours including weekends are expected as part of driving business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in facility, sports, hospitality, or operations management.
• Knowledge of pickleball or sports facility operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including court bookings, schedules, memberships, and events.
• Supervise and manage staff, including scheduling, task assignments, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and proper condition of courts, equipment, and facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, concerns, bookings, and feedback.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, inventory, and operational reports.
• Organize promotions, activities, and events to increase facility usage and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with management regarding facility performance, maintenance, and operational concerns.
