Caishen Skydeck Pickleball, a pilot Project of CVJR Builders, is seeking an organized and tech-savvy Sports & Apps Admin to manage our facility’s daily programming and digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of pickleball play, rules, and court etiquette, combined with the technical ability to manage court reservation software and league management applications. You will be the primary point of contact for players, ensuring both physical court activities and our digital user experience run smoothly.
Oversee daily pickleball operations, including court scheduling, drop-in sessions, and tournament logistics.
Provide on-site support to players, including explaining rules, managing court rotations, and maintaining a positive, inclusive community atmosphere.
Monitor court condition and equipment; coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
Assist in organizing clinics, leagues, and social events.
Administer and maintain our court reservation and league management platforms (e.g., Court Reserve, Playbypoint, Rezerv or similar).
Act as the primary administrator for user accounts, membership tiers, and booking conflicts.
Troubleshoot user issues with the app, providing clear and timely customer support.
Analyze booking data to optimize court utilization and identify peak times for scheduling adjustments.
Update digital schedules and event listings in real-time to ensure accuracy for our members.
Deep knowledge of pickleball (scoring, rules, levels of play, and tournament structure).
Proficiency in using and troubleshooting mobile/web-based booking or scheduling applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills; comfortable interacting with a diverse range of players.
Familiarity with basic office software (Excel, Google Workspace, or similar).
Previous experience in sports facility management or club administration is a plus.
