You will manage live chat and email inquiries, track orders, provide product details on pickleball paddles and gear, and coordinate with operations to resolve delays. Strong written English and fast response times are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with professional phrasing and grammar.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately while handling live chats.
• Detail-oriented with focus during peak chat times.
• Experience with Shopify customer service or cross-border e-commerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries via Live Chat and Email (30+ tickets per day).
• Respond to chats within 60 seconds and resolve order/tracking questions.
• Provide product details for pickleball paddles, gear, and accessories.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve shipping delays or complex cases.
