Outsourced is seeking a Physician Credentialing Support Specialist to assist a U.S.-based credentialing team with facility credentialing, hospital privileging, provider enrollment, and document collection for physicians and advanced practice providers. Direct experience with U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of provider credentialing workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Professional written and verbal English.
• Ability to communicate with U.S. physicians and credentialing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial credentialing and recredentialing for physicians, PAs, and NPs.
• Enter provider information into hospital portals and track requirements.
• Complete sections of credentialing applications with supporting documents.
• Collect and organize licenses, certifications, CVs, and references.
• Communicate with physicians to obtain missing documents and attestations.
