Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is hiring a Physician Credentialing Support Specialist in the Philippines to assist the U.S.-based credentialing team with facility credentialing, hospital privileging, and provider enrollment. You will gather and verify documents, track requirements, and coordinate with physicians and APPs to ensure complete, compliant credentialing files.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, knowledge of credentialing workflows, and experience with U.S. hospital credentials.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. hospital credentialing is strongly preferred.
• Experience with payer credentialing and provider enrollment is a significant plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple credentialing files simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial credentialing and recredentialing of physicians, PAs, and NPs for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Obtain credentialing applications, enter provider information into hospital portals, prepare applications for review, and track requirements.
• Complete or assist with demographic, education, training, employment, licensure, board certification, and related sections of applications.
• Collect and organize licenses, certificates, CVs, transcripts, and other documents.
• Communicate with physicians and APPs to obtain missing documents and attestation signatures.
• Assist with peer-reference collection and follow-up on delays.
• Support primary-source verification workflows for licenses, education, and employment.
• Review credentialing checklists and organize files for final review.
• Follow up with hospital offices to track status, dates, and barriers.
