Job summary

Outsourced is a premier offshore staffing provider with a global footprint and a growing U.S.-focused credentialing function. We seek a Physician Credentialing Support Specialist to assist credentialing for physicians and APPs, manage documents, and coordinate with hospitals and payers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and timely follow-ups, with a hybrid work setup and Eastwood/homebased opportunities in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience with US hospital credentialing or provider enrollment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial credentialing and recredentialing for physicians and APPs.
• Enter provider information into hospital portals and track requirements.
• Prepare applications for review and coordinate signatures.
• Collect documents such as licenses, CVs, certifications, and references.
• Communicate with physicians/APPs to obtain missing items and signatures.
• Support provider enrollment with payers and CAQH as needed.
• Maintain credentialing trackers and monitor deadlines.
