Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty is seeking a Physician Credentialing Support Specialist in Manila to assist our U.S.-based credentialing team. You will manage facility credentialing, hospital privileging, provider enrollment, and document collection, ensuring complete credentialing files for physicians and APPs. Direct experience with U.S.

hospital credentialing is preferred. The role requires strong English communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. hospital credentialing or provider enrollment is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with U.S. physicians and hospital staff.
• Strong follow-up and file-tracking abilities.
• Handle confidential provider information per privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial credentialing and recredentialing for physicians, PAs, and NPs.
• Enter provider information into hospital portals and track requirements.
• Complete or assist with demographic, education, training, and employment sections.
• Collect and organize licenses, certificates, CVs, and references.
• Coordinate with physicians to obtain missing documents and attestations.
• Support peer-reference collection and verification workflows.
• Follow up with offices to track application status and approvals.
• Maintain credentialing trackers and flag at-risk files.
