Outsourced is seeking a Physician Credentialing Support Specialist to assist the U.S.-based credentialing team with hospital credentialing, provider enrollment, and documentation collection. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to HIPAA, and timely file completion.

Experience with U.S. hospital credentialing and payer enrollment is preferred. The position offers a modern hybrid setup with home-based work in Eastwood, Manila, and collaboration with an international team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with US hospital credentialing preferred.
• Experience with payer credentialing and provider enrollment a plus.
• Experience with credentialing software such as Modio, symplr, VerityStream, Medallion, CredentialStream, QGenda credentialing tools, CAQH ProView, hospital credentialing portals.

Aufgaben

• Assist with initial credentialing and recredentialing of physicians, PAs, and NPs for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Obtain credentialing applications, enter provider information into hospital portals, prepare applications for provider review/signature, and track outstanding requirements.
• Complete or assist with demographic, education, training, employment, hospital affiliation, licensure, DEA, board certification, malpractice, disclosure, and work-history sections of credentialing applications.
• Collect and organize required documents including licenses, DEA certificates, controlled-substance registrations, diplomas, residency/fellowship certificates, board certification, CVs, malpractice certificates, claims history, required certifications, IDs, W-9s, NPI information, and professional references.
• Communicate directly with physicians and APPs to obtain missing documents, signatures, attestations, explanations, updated CVs, licenses, DEA certificates, and reference information.
