Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, on behalf of a leading producer of quality baked products, seeks a Physical Distribution Assistant Manager to oversee warehouse and transport operations across Visayas & Mindanao. Based onsite in Cagayan de Oro City, you will optimize distribution, inventory accuracy, and service levels while coordinating with procurement, production and sales teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
More than 5 years in physical distribution, logistics, or warehouse management.
Experience in warehouse operations, transportation, inventory control, and 3PL management.
Experience leading logistics or warehouse teams and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse and transportation activities across Visayas and Mindanao.
Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely delivery of finished goods from warehouses to customers.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Sales to ensure flow of goods.
Manage 3PL performance and compliance with service levels.
Monitor logistics costs and seek efficiency improvements.
Analyze distribution data and provide actionable recommendations.
Lead and develop warehouse and logistics staff; set KPIs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in physical distribution.
