Tidal is seeking a highly organized eCommerce Marketplace Operations Manager to own retail channel listings end-to-end from dropship to 3PL coordination. Experience with DTC brands, Shopify, and advanced Excel is essential. You’ll collaborate with Product & Operations to optimize performance and reporting.

About This Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Operations Manager to join the Product & Operations team, owning retail marketplace channels end-to-end, managing SKUs, bundles, and launch listings, coordinating our 3PL, processing wholesale orders, and producing monthly channel reporting for leadership. The ideal candidate has experience in marketplace operations, catalog/SKU management, 3PL coordination, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets, including data tracking, formulas, and COGS, and can manage high-volume work and deadlines, communicate proactively, and get details right the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

Dropshipping & Marketplace Listing Management:

• Manage and monitor orders across non-Shopify channels (Amazon, Saks, Nordstrom, etc.).
• Submit new products to each marketplace (new-item files, assets, pricing, offers) and get them live by launch and seasonal deadlines.
• Audit live listings for accuracy (images, sizing, materials, MSRP/MAP) and drive corrections with each retailer.
• Manage marketplace returns, chargebacks, and RTVs, and analyze return trends to reduce return rates.
• Coordinate marketplace promotions and markdowns, and manage product reviews and ratings on retailer sites.
• Analyze and improve channel performance, including retailer scorecards (fulfillment time, cancellations, ratings).
• Create SKUs following our naming conventions and assign and manage GS1 UPCs.
• Build Shopify product pages and variants for new launches.
• Create bundles and kits in our WMS (Deposco), maintain the bundle mapping sheet, and confirm inventory syncs before launch.
• Maintain product data (HS codes, weights, COGS) across Shopify and internal sheets.
• QA every SKU, kit, and listing before it goes live.

Logistics Support:

• Audit 3PL invoices, reconcile fulfillment, shipping, and storage charges against order volume, and flag discrepancies.
• Support tariff refund and duty drawback filings (DHL, CBP ACE portal, Global-e), including gathering entry and shipment documentation.
• Coordinate inbound shipping tasks, including customs clearance, invoice organization, delivery schedules, and payment tracking.
• Act as the communication link between product, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth processes and proactive updates.

Product & Data Organization:

• Support ad-hoc product tasks, including organizing data and facilitating communication between internal teams, external vendors, and contract manufacturers.

• Mirakl and DSCO / SPS Commerce (preferred)
• WMS/3PL systems such as Deposco (preferred)
• Additional dropshipping/EDI software experience (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working directly with a DTC brand
• Hands-on experience managing listings on retail marketplaces (Macy's, Nordstrom or similar)
• Proficiency in Shopify
• Experience creating SKUs, bundles, and kits and managing UPCs
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong expertise in advanced formulas such as ImportRange, ArrayFormula, and VLOOKUP
• Confidence managing complex data tasks and maintaining detailed spreadsheets
• Experience in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) management is highly preferred
