Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking an organized E-commerce Operations VA to manage our online store and marketplace channels. You will handle orders, listings, and site upkeep while coordinating with a small team to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role involves light code edits, Photoshop updates, and maintaining consistency across Shopify, Amazon, and Nordstrom platforms. A meticulous, tech-savvy candidate will thrive in this long-term position.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience running a Shopify store (orders, products, site content).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, including listings, inventory, and issue resolution.
• Comfortable making light code edits to product pages and templates (HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid).
• Working proficiency in Photoshop for product image preparation.
• Experience processing e-commerce orders and producing shipping labels or airway bills.
• Trustworthy, exact, and self-reliant.
• Strong communication skills for customer support and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle Shopify and Nordstrom Marketplace orders, produce airway bills (AWBs), and keep inventory levels correct
• Reply to customer inquiries with friendly, prompt support
• Check the website regularly to confirm everything works, and keep the homepage fresh
• Look after promo codes across the site, including abandoned cart flows and promo code updates on product pages
• Reorder collections and assist with new product uploads to the online store
• Create and maintain Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace listings, covering descriptions, inventory shipments, and the resolution of listing flags or documentation issues
• Keep shop links, images, and product mapping current in Meta Commerce Manager, the Shopify Shop App, and TikTok Shop
• Edit product images in Photoshop for our website customizer and code new customizer products together with our developer

We are a well-established jewelry brand, and we’re keeping a seat open for a highly organized E-commerce Operations VA who makes sure our online store and marketplace channels run smoothly every single day. The work includes order processing, website upkeep, Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace listings, social shop management, and getting products ready for our website customizer. The best match will be someone meticulous and tech-comfortable who moves easily between processing orders, making light code changes, and editing in Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:
