Job summary

Tidal is seeking an organized eCommerce Marketplace Operations Manager to own retail marketplace channels end-to-end, manage SKUs, bundles, launch listings, coordinate 3PL, process wholesale orders, and produce monthly channel reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with DTC brands or direct-to-consumer retail.
• Hands-on experience managing listings on major marketplaces (e.g., Macy's, Nordstrom).
• Proficiency in Shopify and UPC management.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with formulas like ImportRange, ArrayFormula, and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) management preferred.
• Strong data task management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high-volume orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders across non-Shopify channels and ensure live listings by deadlines.
• Audit listings for accuracy (images, sizing, materials, MSRP/MAP).
• Coordinate 3PL, returns, chargebacks, and RTVs; analyze trends.
• Build Shopify product pages and variants for launches.
• Create bundles/kits; manage UPCs and SKU naming conventions.
• Maintain product data (HS codes, weights, COGS).
• QA every SKU/listing before going live.
• Prepare monthly channel reporting for leadership.
