Job summary

Tidal is seeking a highly organized eCommerce Marketplace Operations Manager to own retail channel listings end-to-end from dropship to 3PL coordination. You will manage SKUs, bundles, and listings across multiple marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and timely launches. Remote role with a US-friendly schedule and strong emphasis on data integrity.

Experience with DTC brands, Shopify, and advanced Excel is essential. You’ll collaborate with Product & Operations to optimize performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with a DTC brand and marketplace listings.
• Proficiency in Shopify and advanced Excel formulas (IMPORT/ARRAY/LOOKUP).
• Experience creating SKUs, bundles, and UPCs.
• Strong data management and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of COGS and related analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dropshipping & Marketplace Listings across non-Shopify channels.
• Launch new products with assets, pricing, and offers by deadlines.
• Audit listings for accuracy (images, sizing, materials, MSRP/MAP).
• Handle returns, chargebacks, and RTVs; analyze trends.
• Coordinate promotions, reviews, and retailer scorecards.
• Build Shopify product pages and variants for launches.
• Maintain HS codes, weights, and COGS across systems.
