Job summary

Tidal is seeking an organized eCommerce Marketplace Operations Manager to own retail marketplace channels end-to-end, manage SKUs, bundles, and listings, and coordinate our 3PL. The role requires advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, data tracking, and COGS awareness.

You will build Shopify product pages, create bundles and UPCs, monitor performance, and produce monthly channel reports for leadership. This remote, full-time role reports to the Head of Product and involves working with multiple

Qualifications

• Experience with a DTC brand is required.
• Hands-on experience managing listings on retail marketplaces (Macy's, Nordstrom or similar).
• Proficiency in Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas.
• Experience creating SKUs, bundles, and kits and managing UPCs.
• Knowledge of COGS and inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Dropshipping & marketplace listing management across multiple channels.
• Audit listings for accuracy and coordinate live updates with retailers.
• Manage returns, chargebacks, and RTVs; analyze trends to reduce returns.
• Coordinate promotions, markdowns, and product reviews.
• Build Shopify product pages and variants for launches.
• Create bundles and kits; ensure inventory sync before launch.
• Maintain product data (HS codes, weights, COGS) across platforms.
• QA every SKU, kit, and listing before it goes live.
• Audit 3PL invoices and reconcile fulfillment/shipping costs.
• Coordinate inbound shipping tasks and customs documentation.
• Serve as liaison between product, marketing, and operations.
