Job summary

CloudPay Philippines Inc is seeking a Philippine Statutory Specialist to ensure accurate and timely compliance with payroll statutory requirements. You will prepare and file remittances to SSS, HDMF, PHIC and BIR, handle year‑end processes, and coordinate with internal teams and external authorities to maintain full compliance.

• Hands-on statutory processing for SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth and BIR.
• Statutory reporting experience under Philippine labor law is a plus.
• Attention to confidentiality and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly remittances for SSS, HDMF, PHIC and BIR.
• Submit government reports and filings to agencies.
• Update New Hire/Leaver data to government portals or via submission.
• Review and validate government numbers and year‑end documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, partners and authorities on statutory processes.
