The role requires deep knowledge of Philippine payroll legislation, tax rules, and statutory remittances, with experience in multinational or shared services settings highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience with at least 2 years handling Philippine payroll independently.
• Experience with payroll systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, CloudPay) is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in multinational organizations or shared services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees in the Philippines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review inputs such as hires, terminations, salary changes, allowances, deductions, and leaves.
• Validate payroll calculations and conduct pre- and post-payroll audits.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
