Job summary

CloudPay in the Philippines seeks a Philippine Statutory Specialist to ensure accurate and timely compliance with payroll statutory requirements, including SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, and BIR. You will prepare and submit government filings and coordinate with internal teams and authorities.

You will handle monthly remittances, annualization, year-end processes, review alphalist, and maintain confidentiality of employee files while staying updated on regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with statutory processing and online payment processing for SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR.
• Statutory reporting experience under Philippine Labor law in terms of compensation and benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly remittance submissions for SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth and BIR.
• Process SSS PRN and SPA, and BIR forms 1601C/1603 (Quarterly).
• Generate HDMF remittance list and MCL for contributions and loans.
• Submit online payments or uploads to government portals.
• Update new hire and leaver data with government agencies (online or manual).
• Post and update monthly contributions and loans; report changes as required.
• Monitor circulars, advisories, memoranda and new rulings from government agencies.
• Assist in annualization and year-end processes; review alphalist reports.
• Assist with BIR e-submission, file validation and DVD-R saving of 2316.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee files; coordinate with customers, service partners, and authorities.
