Job summary

Chubb Philippines seeks a Process Improvement Specialist to partner with the Claims Manager in driving strategic initiatives that boost team efficiency and customer service.

You will build a framework for reporting, quality audits, and training, use data analytics to measure impact, and guide Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile projects across Operations and Support teams. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential to align stakeholders and sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with cross functional teams across Operations and Support teams.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Effective time management is a critical requirement.
• Demonstrated experience in using management information/data insights to deep dive on problems and drive improved process and/or performance.
• Able to maintain positive and productive relationships with teams, peers, and manager(s), ensuring a high degree of responsiveness to requests.
• Exceptional coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and assess existing claims processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Use data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate impact on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead design and execution of process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Claims Manager to prioritise initiatives based on impact and alignment with goals.
• Oversee collection and analysis of performance data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Design and implement systematic quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate training programs and implement adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Assist in creating, monitoring, measuring, and analyzing standardized processes.
• Communicate significant quality issues and opportunities to management.
