Job summary

Canva is seeking a Marketing Lead in Manila to own the end-to-end Philippine marketing strategy, shaping how Canva shows up culturally and driving growth in a vibrant market. You will lead a nine-person team across brand, social, influencer, events, and community, partnering with Growth Marketing Lead to align brand and performance.

You will report to the Philippine Country Manager in a high-visibility role that influences Canva’s brand in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• You are a resilient, tenacious marketing leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and builds brands customers love.
• Extensive experience in marketing with a track record of brand-building and growth initiatives in high-growth markets.
• Experience owning big, integrated brand campaigns from strategy through execution to create fame, not just awareness.
• Experience in high-growth companies with pace, ambiguity, and iterative development.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong understanding of the Philippines' digital and cultural landscape across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Philippine marketing strategy with accountability for brand awareness, adoption, and affinity.
• Lead big, fame-driving brand campaigns across TV, digital, OOH, and social.
• Oversee creative production and media buying for cultural impact and efficiency.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to extend Canva's reach in the Philippines.
• Lead a high-performing social team with always-on content and influencer marketing.
