• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in related industries.
• Proven P&L management experience and business operations oversight.
• Strong commercial leadership and business development track record.
• Experience working in multinational organizations and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in English; local languages advantageous.

• Define and execute long-term growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Identify new markets, services, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, annual planning, and performance reviews across the Philippines.
• Oversee risk management, governance, and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Maintain executive relationships with key customers, government agencies, and partners.
• Represent Control Union Philippines in APAC leadership initiatives and regional programs.
