• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in multi-site, customer-facing or service-based organisations.
• Demonstrated P&L accountability across budgeting, forecasting, cost management and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of country and office-based business plans.
• Drive performance across Student Placement and IELTS; identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost management, revenue and profitability for the Philippines.
• Strengthen sales, service, customer experience and lead generation across offices.
• Represent the Philippines on the Regional Leadership Team and align with global priorities.
