Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group Philippines is seeking a senior development professional to identify, secure, and develop hotel opportunities across the country. Qualifications

8+ years in hotel development, real estate, investment, asset management, business development, or related field in Philippines/Southeast Asia.
Strong commercial acumen with deal sourcing, negotiations, contract structuring, and financial analysis.
Proven ability to build senior-level relationships with developers, investors, hotel owners, financial institutions, and advisers.
Excellent stakeholder management, communications, presentations, and ability to influence across teams and executives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Hotel Management, Engineering, or Law; entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with developers, investors, property owners, financial institutions, consultants, and stakeholders to identify and secure hotel development opportunities.
Evaluate projects through market assessments, commercial analysis, due diligence, and stakeholder engagement to align with growth objectives and partner requirements.
Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations with owners and investors, developing compelling business cases and solutions for long-term growth.
Manage development projects through signing, coordinating with legal, finance, operations, design, and commercial teams to navigate approvals and milestones.
Represent the business at industry events, tourism forums, and stakeholder meetings to expand presence across Manila, regional cities, and major destinations.
