PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a General Manager – Philippines to lead our client's business growth in the Philippines from Taguig City. The role requires strategic leadership, deep regulatory networks, and strong partnerships with government authorities, regulators, and financial institutions.

You will steer market expansion, oversee operations, and coordinate with regional teams to align with global strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
Filipino national with strong knowledge of the Philippine market.
Active regulatory network across SEC, BSP, CIC, and law enforcement.
8–15 years in fintech, financial services, or digital payments.
Experience in leadership, business development, government relations, partnerships.
English proficiency; Mandarin preferred for regional/global HQ communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
Lead business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
Build relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Represent the company in key industry events, meetings, and partnerships.
Monitor developments in Philippine fintech, digital finance, and financial services.
