Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Taguig City, Philippines, seeks a General Manager to lead local business development and operations for the fintech-focused group. You will serve as the chief local representative, driving growth, partnerships, and market expansion.

Reporting to the Board and regional leadership, you will build a high-performing team, engage government authorities and financial institutions, and steer strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s footprint in the Philippine

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics/law required; master's preferred.
Filipino national familiar with the Philippine market.
8–15 years in fintech/financial services, banking, digital payments or related fields.
Experience in leadership, business development, government relations, partnerships or strategic management.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred for regional/global HQ.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies for the Philippines.
Lead business development, market expansion and commercial initiatives.
Build relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, partners and industry stakeholders.
Represent the company at events, meetings and strategic partnerships.
Monitor developments in Philippine fintech, digital finance and financial services.
Identify new opportunities, partnerships and expansion initiatives.
Collaborate with regional and global management to meet strategic objectives.
Oversee local operations and ensure strong organizational performance.
Support regulatory, compliance and corporate governance with internal teams.
Provide market insights and recommendations to the Board and leadership.
Build and develop a strong local team.
