• Experience in leadership, business development, government relations, partnerships, or strategic management.
• Strong commercial mindset with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
• Lead overall business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, and partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor developments in the Philippine fintech and financial services landscape.
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional/global management to implement strategic objectives.
• Oversee local operations and drive organizational performance.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities with internal teams.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and global leadership.
