Job summary

Claymore Solutions Corporation is seeking a strategic CRM Marketing leader to establish and grow the Philippine CRM operation. Initially leading a small team, you will build scalable processes, recruit and develop talent, and work with the CEO and global leadership to drive long-term growth.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in early stages. You will shape CRM strategy, lead customer engagement initiatives, and mentor a high-performing local team as the organization

Qualifications

Proven leadership in CRM Marketing with ability to build and grow teams.
Deep understanding of CRM lifecycle strategies and retention programs.
Experience building a CRM operation from the ground up.
CRM leadership in gaming-adjacent industries (e.g., FinTech, SaaS, ecommerce).
Strong people management and strategic thinking, with hands-on ability early on.
Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Philippine CRM Marketing operation and team.
Define and execute CRM strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Recruit, mentor, and develop local talent to scale the function.
Partner with CEO and global leadership on priorities and governance.
Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and resource planning.
Ensure CRM programs drive engagement, retention, and business metrics.
Represent the Philippine operation with internal stakeholders and external partners.
