Job summary

Our Clients in Makati, Philippines, seeks an executive leader to own P&L for the Forex division, steer multi-channel growth, and shape regulatory-compliant partnerships with banks and financial institutions.

The role requires extensive experience in Forex trading, market risk management, and senior leadership to drive strategy, performance, and collaboration across retail, corporate, digital, and institutional segments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
10+ years of professional experience in Forex trading, treasury operations, or capital markets.
5+ years in a senior managerial capacity.
Proven success driving P&L performance, establishing trading strategies, managing financial risk, and building institutional partnerships.

Responsibilities

Own overall P&L, transaction volume, revenue, and gross margin targets for the Forex division across retail, corporate, digital, and institutional partner channels.
Formulate and execute multi-channel growth strategies, market expansion plans, annual budgets, and divisional KPIs.
Lead trading operations, supervise performance, currency exposure, spreads, and net returns.
Monitor trading limits, position exposures, and counterparty risks to optimize returns while safeguarding capital.
Negotiate, onboard, and manage institutional partnerships; ensure regulatory compliance across BSP MFIs and AMLA/KYC.
