Job summary

FP Markets Group of Companies, a regulated broker offering CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Crypto, is recruiting a Full-time Business Development Manager (Remote) based in the Philippines. You will identify and onboard Introducing Brokers, affiliates and partners while expanding the client and revenue base.

The role requires 2+ years in FX/CFD business development, a strong network of IBs/affiliates, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development/sales in Forex/CFDs or financial trading.
• Strong network of IBs/affiliates or HNW clients.
• Fluent English; excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners in assigned regions.
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.
