Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a senior marketing leader for the Philippines to own the multi-category brand portfolio and drive sustainable growth across Meals & Beverages, Biscuits, and Chocolate. You will balance local market insight with global brand standards, leading a cross-functional team to deliver impactful campaigns and innovations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of brand and portfolio leadership with measurable commercial impact.
• Strong P&L management experience.
• Experience in a regional/global matrix environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Philippine market or a comparable SEA market.
• Fluency in modern, digital-first marketing: social, creator partnerships, performance marketing.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
• Excellent communication skills across markets and levels.
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end brand strategy for the Philippines portfolio.
• Drive profitable top-line growth with strong P&L orientation and resource prioritisation.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Equity, Insights, and Sales to win in Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and e-commerce.
• Influence regional/global partners to secure local market relevance and investment.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team of 10+ people.
