Job summary

Everise invites a seasoned Country Leader to direct the Philippines business, driving operational performance, client satisfaction, and growth across multiple sites and client accounts. The role requires balancing client needs with profitability, leading a multicultural leadership team, and coordinating Talent Acquisition, Training, WFM, and QA to support strategic priorities.

You will work with senior stakeholders, shape long-term objectives, and champion continuous improvement through Lean/Six

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in the BPO/CX industry.
• Experience leading large-scale Operations teams, preferably across multiple sites/clients.
• Experience providing strategic oversight across Talent Acquisition, Training, WFM, and QA in a BPO/CX environment.
• Strong business acumen including budgeting, financial management, profitability, and performance.
• Ability to understand financial statements and perform basic financial analysis.
• Strong client relationship, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strategic thinking and execution skills to translate objectives into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Heads and align them with operational and business objectives.
• Build and execute growth plans for accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensure SLAs and operational targets are consistently met.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and drive timely solutions.
• Review performance with clients and develop improvement plans.
• Develop client relationships to maximize business results.
• Provide cross-functional oversight across Talent Acquisition, Training, WFM, and QA.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into processes and operations.
