Job summary

AFRY is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end payroll for employees in the Philippines. You will handle payroll computation, tax calculations, statutory reporting, and HR administration while supporting recruitment as needed.

The role requires hands-on expertise in PH payroll, labor laws, and confidentiality, with collaboration across Finance, HR, and external providers.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing for the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment support, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with integrity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end Philippine payroll processing and related reporting.
• Validate payroll calculations, withholding taxes, and statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Coordinate with Finance, banks, and government agencies on payroll matters.
• Handle HR administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, exits).
• Provide recruitment support: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and data privacy requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
