Job summary

SOS CHILDREN'S VILLAGES INC. in Manila seeks a dynamic Partnerships Officer to build enduring relationships with corporate partners, HNIs, and government stakeholders to support our core programs.

You will craft compelling proposals, coordinate with program teams, and travel to coverage areas to engage potential donors and secure funding. The role requires 1–2 years in corporate sales, fund development, or related fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in corporate sales, fund development, and entrepreneurship across fields.
• Has established relations with corporate, HNI partners, and government stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to hit fund generation targets.
• Willing to travel extensively, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with global representatives; nimble to be assigned different roles.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with potential corporate partners and high net worth individuals (HNIs) in their coverage areas, and convert the same as donors for the organization
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with the local government units within their areas of coverage, for policy and funding of the organization's core programs
• Craft partnership proposals to convert prospective corporate and HNI donors
• Implement various activities to encourage more donors to support the programs of the organization
• Coordinate with the base program location (Children’s Village) and the Program Development Department to identify and communicate with current and potential donors particular funding requirements
• Prepare various materials to properly communicate to potential partners the particular needs of the organization’s programs
• Participate in formulation and execution of various fund development strategies

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years' experience in corporate sales, fund development, and entrepreneurship, in various fields
• Has established relations with potential corporate and HNI partners, as well as government stakeholders
