PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a skilled professional to drive CSR fundraising and strategic partnerships in Manila. The role engages stakeholders, donors, and corporate partners to sustain collaborations and fund CSR programs.

Responsibilities include developing fundraising plans, coordinating with LGUs and NGOs, and mentoring the team to enhance capability in donor engagement and resource mobilization.

Formación

• 2+ years of fundraising or marketing for social development in nonprofit and related organizations.
• 2+ years of experience in people management or leading teams.
• Experience in event management, relationship building and management.

• Supports establishing strategic partnerships and linkages to increase awareness and funds for CSR projects.
• Seeks support and participation from individuals, corporations and other institutions for donations and contributions.
• Attends stakeholder meetings and events with LGUs, NGOs, private institutions, and community leaders.
• Drafts fundraising plans and conducts research on potential donors/partners.
• Monitors budget, grant funds, and other financial data related to resource generation activities.
• Develops communication materials to inform program activities and milestones.
• Reviews website and social media content about programs and fundraising events.
• Leads and mentors the team to develop knowledge and capabilities.

This position supports strategic partnerships and fundraising for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects while engaging stakeholders to sustain collaborations.

Qualification

• With 2+ years of experience in fundraising or marketing for social development, non profit and other similar organization.
• With 2+ years of experience in People Management / Lead Role
• With experience in Event Management, Relationship Building & Management
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in partnership development, fundraising, donor engagement, or resource mobilization.
• Proven experience in writing successful grant proposals and partnership agreements.
• Knowledge of the nonprofit and donor landscape (local and international).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Reviews content for website and other social media platforms about programs and fundraising events.
• Leads and mentors the team to ensure that the team's knowledge is developed.
