You will craft compelling proposals, coordinate with program teams, and travel to coverage areas to engage potential donors and secure funding. The role requires 1–2 years in corporate sales, fund development, or related fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in corporate sales, fund development, and entrepreneurship across fields.
• Has established relations with corporate, HNI partners, and government stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to hit fund generation targets.
• Willing to travel extensively, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with global representatives; nimble to be assigned different roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with potential corporate partners and HNIs to convert donations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local government units for policy and funding of core programs.
• Craft partnership proposals to convert prospective corporate and HNI donors.
• Implement activities to encourage more donors to support programs.
• Coordinate with Children’s Village and Program Development to identify funding needs.
• Prepare materials to communicate needs of programs to partners.
• Participate in formulation and execution of fund development strategies.
