Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Manila is seeking a proactive Sales/Account Manager to establish and nurture relationships with pharmacy owners and key decision-makers. You will pursue new sales opportunities, provide excellent service, and maintain CRM records to support growth.

You will collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, participate in industry events, and monitor market trends to drive opportunities and exceed targets in the GMA region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in healthcare or pharma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries and concerns
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and trends

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve issues
• Record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement targeted campaigns
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Aim to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
