Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking a field-based sales professional to establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers. You will proactively pursue new opportunities within your territory and represent the company at industry events.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and 2+ years in sales or account management in healthcare.

Qualifications

2+ years in sales or account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve any issues or concerns
Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and showcase our products
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
