Job summary

Getz Pharma is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply planning, procurement, manufacturing coordination, and importation strategies. You will ensure regulatory alignment and product integrity across the supply chain while collaborating with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in pharmaceutical supply chains, knowledge of GMP/GDP, and proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP and planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chains.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP and global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, WHO).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and planning tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Manage importation, liaising with brokers and distributors for schedules.
• Oversee regulatory transitions, packaging changes, and new launches.
• Drive stock policy via data analysis of lead times and demand variability.
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy) and push CI efforts.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and cross-functional teams for compliance.
