Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehouse and inventory, QA, and demand & supply planning. This role drives operational efficiency, improves inventory accuracy, and ensures smooth coordination across the supply chain.

You will lead multiple teams, develop strategies aligned with business goals, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize performance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive supply chain experience.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple supply chain functions.
• Strong background in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and planning.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, beauty/cosmetics, or distribution operations preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee logistics, warehouse & inventory, QA, and demand & supply planning teams.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Improve inventory accuracy, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Monitor demand forecasting and supply planning performance.
• Optimize delivery operations, transportation costs, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Track and improve key supply chain KPIs and operational performance.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
