Getz Pharma is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply planning, procurement, manufacturing coordination, and importation strategies. You will ensure regulatory alignment and product integrity across the supply chain while collaborating with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams.
The role requires 5–10 years in pharmaceutical supply chains, knowledge of GMP/GDP, and proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP and planning tools.

Drive the strategic direction and execution of supply chain operations - from planning and procurement to manufacturing and distribution - ensuring the right products reach the market at the right time.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party partners to guarantee smooth, efficient, and compliant pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
Lead stock policy management through data-driven analysis (lead time and demand variability).
Manage imported shipments and liaise with brokers and distributor for all importation requirements and delivery schedules.
Conduct monthly reviews and material ordering with suppliers.
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on transitions, packaging material liabilities during product changes, and new product launches.
Oversee goods movement for all incoming shipments.
Manage value-added services with distributors (stickering, bundling, rework).
Safeguard product integrity and regulatory alignment across every supply chain touchpoint.
Lead audit readiness efforts, including internal, external, and regulatory inspections.
Implement corrective and preventive actions while maintaining full compliance with FDA, EMA, WHO, and other global standards.
Analyze KPIs to monitor supply chain effectiveness (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy).
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to elevate performance and efficiency.
Leverage technology and tools (e.g., ERP systems like SAP or Oracle) to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Finance, and IT to deliver on business goals.
Build a culture of accountability, agility, and operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5-10 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain roles.
In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, and global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, WHO, etc.).
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and supply chain planning tools.
Experience in supplier and contract negotiation.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Expertise in change management and continuous improvement.
Highly organized, diligent, and detail-oriented.
