Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Commercial Supply Chain Management to align commercial, marketing and sales strategies with end-to-end supply chain operations. You will drive product availability, cost efficiency, and demand planning while ensuring GxP and regulatory compliance across the OPU.

You will build and lead a high-performing CSCM team, coordinate replenishment, and optimize supply planning for local finished goods, contributing to sustainable growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; master’s degree (MSc) or MBA is an advantage.
• Mandatory APICS or equivalent certification; PMI or Prince 2 preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of supply chain management experience in life science sector.

Responsibilities

• Balance supply chain costs with product availability and inventory.
• Coordinate replenishment planning activities to the OPU.
• Manage supply planning for locally sourced finished goods.
• Lead performance management of direct reports for CSCM.
• Launch/change coordination of related CSCM workflows.
• Collect CSC application requirements and coordinate with RA/TA/Controlling; forward to ROPU.
• Coordinate with local team on launch plans and monitor milestones.
• Own local S&OP process for demand/supply review and portfolio management.
• Ensure master data accuracy and parameterization strategies.
