Job summary

Zuellig Pharma seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across the supply chain network. You will govern projects, establish timelines, manage risks, and coordinate technical experts and business owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a strong track record in large-scale programs, warehouse automation, and TMS/WMS implementations, with 8–10 years in project management and 5–7 years in senior leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive project or program management experience, with 5–7 years in senior leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional projects including warehouse design & construct and complex automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce standard project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) in line with corporate standards.
• Ensure governance artifacts (business case, charter, integrated plan, RAID logs) are delivered on time and with quality.
• Coordinate inputs from Operations, IT, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering across functions.
• Oversee deployment of operations projects such as warehouse automation, new facilities, onboarding of clients, and new services.
• Manage risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
