Bell-Kenz Pharma invites ambitious professionals to join our growing team in the Philippines as Sales Training Manager. You will design and drive training programs that elevate sales activities, analytics, and capability building across our pharma sales force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales and marketing experience with training development background in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to work effectively with colleagues across various departments and locations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in module development and project management.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement strategies and programs for sales activities excellence, encompassing training, analytics enhancement, sales force development, knowledge forming, and skills/capability building.
• Deliver, analyze, and propose innovative solutions, developing specific tools and skills to ensure excellent performance.
• Actively manage knowledge forming activities, skills and capability building programs, and salesforce KPIs, aligning their impact with overall results.
