Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive demand from end-users and decision makers through professional selling for product installation, customer conversion, and market expansion.
• Review team performance and KPI with HR/management; recommend training needs.
• Train, coach, and motivate sales force to perform effectively the duties and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Marketing on programs and launch plans to stimulate customer interest and satisfaction.
• Track sales performance against plan; adjust strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure district operates within corporate guidelines.
• Develop relationships with KOLs and key customers to support regional growth.
