Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: a college graduate of any course.
• Experience: familiarity with pharmacy setting or dealing with drugstores and LGUs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of open-market medicines is a plus.
• Highly trainable, hardworking, and eager to learn the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new accounts including drugstores, hospitals, doctors, LGUs, and clinics across the region.
• Engage with potential customers to identify needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective selling strategies and techniques.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire pharmaceutical catalog, focusing on bulk packaging and wholesale pricing structures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and promotions.
