Job summary

Bewise Trading Corporation in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective receivables management. You will build and guide a sales team, monitor performance, strengthen client relationships, and conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and trends in the pharma wholesale/retail sector.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in management (pharma preferred), and a proven track record of achieving revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in pharmaceutical wholesale/retail.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Valid 4-wheeler driver's license (DL Code B, B1, B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring timely collection of receivables.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing guidance for high performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
