Job summary

RSM Stone Forest Group is expanding into the Philippines with a focus on pharmaceutical distribution. The role seeks a pharmacist or life sciences professional to drive sales of diagnostic products and establish a strong physician network.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or life sciences, with 2–3 years’ medical sales experience, and a valid driving license. Travel and field-based work are expected; Malaysia/Singapore-leaning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or life sciences or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, especially diagnostics.
Experience engaging oncologists and pathologists is a plus.
Valid class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Ensure successful launch and adoption of new products, supporting pre- and post-launch activities.
Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
Develop and strengthen customer relationships by building trust and credibility.
Track sales based on opportunities, leads and quotations; manage the purchasing process end-to-end.
Regularly update commercial team with field intelligence and competitor activity.
Develop territorial action plans and execute them.
