Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee accounting, budgeting, and regulatory reporting in the Philippines. The role drives financial strategy, controls, and governance across the organization, aligning operations with corporate goals.

The ideal candidate has a CPA license with 10–15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably in financial services or insurance, and strong IFRS knowledge.

Qualifications

• CPA license required and in good standing.
• 10–15 years progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in financial services or insurance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Experience with IFRS statutory and regulatory financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and finance functions including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop financial strategies and policies to standardize operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support external audits.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts, and cost management processes.
• Lead and develop the finance team; manage performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and regulators.
